The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to enjoy preparing a simple breakfast or a more elaborate lunch or supper. A large built-in BBQ with seating for 8-10 lends itself to al fresco evenings with views of the bay. In addition, the house provides two levels in total. Easy access to the lower floor, where the pool apartment, gym and swimming pool are to be found. The infinity pool area can offer great moments of relaxation. All in all, the style throughout is one of understated luxury, with all modern conveniences.
Moreover, central air conditioning in all rooms, swimming pool with hydro-massage and a small gym with a massage table are provided.
