Layout

The villa features 3 different levels with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, plenty of outdoors space and a roof garden.

On the ground floor there is an indoor swimming pool, a fitness area with gym equipment and a WC. There is also an ensuite bedroom and a linen room.

First floor provides an open plan living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a billiard table as well as a dining table. A double bed and an ensuite bedroom with direct access to the pool and an extra WC are also provided on this floor.

On the second floor guests will find two more bedrooms. An ensuite with double bed and the Master bedroom with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom, balconies and roof garden. All balconies offer pool and garden views.

Outdoors

The roof garden is a luxurious fully furnished terrace with Jacuzzi, dining table for up to10 and sunbeds. Outdoors, the house provides many chill out zones. There is a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, BBQ equipment and a covered dining area. A private regular sized tennis court in this great property is also provided to its guests.

Guests can take advantage of the wellness area, have a game of tennis, enjoy the roof garden or the peace and quiet from the pool area.

 

For a more pleasant stay, to enter in all floors the house has been equipped with a private elevator, big enough to fit a stroller or to be used by people with disabilities.

Five stars villa, is an advantageous accommodation, 25 minutes’ drive from the heart of Corfu and all the famous sights of the island. Within walking distance organized beaches, taverns, restaurants and beach bars can be found.
