DESCRIPTION

Villa Kommeno is a 2-storey newly built vacation villa in an idyllic landscape by the sea. Right next to Grecotel Eva Palace. Set in a 5.000 m2 plot on top of a sandy beach, accessible only to the villa and neighboring properties, this holiday resort has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Mediterranean waters and landscape, through the building's large windows. The indoor spaces get articulated over a total area of 350 m2, in interplay of volume and light.

Ground floor

The ground floor consists of 3 ample spaces: the main living room, dining room and the kitchen - secondary living room. At the same floor there is a WC for guests as well as a twin en suite bedroom. The large staircase leads first to a mezzanine, where one of the double en suite bedroom is located. At the ground level, the indoor areas extend to a spacious terrace with a variety of lounge spaces of different character. It hosts several features, all seamlessly integrated around the house: an infinity pool, green areas with trees and flowers and a BBQ.

First floor

On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, the master en suite bedroom with walk-in closet and the main bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is also a space with office equipment and a computer (connected to the internet) that guests can use as an office or reading room. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in all parts of the villa. All 3 bedrooms on the first level enjoy a big balcony towards the sea, whereas the main bathroom has view and access to a large terrace and a roof garden.

Lower floor

The lower part of the plot maintains a more natural aspect, with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. Thus, the villa's privacy is maintained even from the beach level. To access the seaside, a private path within the plot of approximately 30 meters of length that develops along these trees leads to the beach.

Amenities

Villa Kommeno offers an infinity pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. There is an outdoor shower next to the swimming pool. The villa is next to the seaside and has direct access to the beach. There is outdoor parking space that can fit up to 4-6 cars. The villa provides a security system and cameras to monitor the surrounding space. The villa, offers free Wi-Fi as well as Air Print, Air Play Music, Music Stream and Satellite TV. Moreover, baby sitter can be provided upon arrangement. There is an outdoor ping-pong table for endless hours of fun and sports.
