The property is located in the area of Nisaki, 3,5km away from the lovely Nisaki Beach. Moreover, in only 5minutes drive, guests can also enjoy traditional Corfiot dishes in elegant seafront tavernas at Agni Beach.

 

This is a 5-bedroom property, with 6 bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests in luxury. The property features a private infinity pool, unique and modern indoor and outdoor spaces and a free private parking. Villa SeaYou, provides a 2 floor air-conditioned accommodation as well as a fully equipped independent guest room. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces of the villa, while at the same time you can admire the unforgettable view over the olive trees.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor, it's an open plan living and dining area. The villa provides a fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances, kitchen, a spacious living room and a dining table. All of this in a (glass enclosure), with a fireplace, for a more modern touch!

This floor also provides a shared bathroom and 2 more bedrooms each of them with a double bed and their own bathrooms.

In the ground floor there is also a totally independent guest room with two couches that you can transform into a double bed or two singles. The guest room provides a small but equipped kitchen and its own ensuite bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR 

On this floor, there are two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a shared balcony. Furthermore, all around the rooms, there is  a magnificent terrace with comfortable couches, a coffee table and a hammock. The terrace is designed for guests, to enjoy the beautiful view and relax under the stars.

LOWER FLOOR

In the lower floor you will find a fully equipped gym/wellness area.

OUTSIDE

Finally, on the outside the villa offers a spacious private parking, an infinity pool, where you can relax, enjoy the breathtaking view as well as a fully equipped BBQ and a dining table.

Just 22km north of the bustling town of Corfu, lies the quiet village of Nisaki, bearing a strong traditional Corfiot character to it and the honor of boasting one of the finest beaches of the island. Nisaki overlooks the east coast of Corfu and the shimmering waters of the Ionian Sea that wash its shore, way over to the Albanian mainland. Stretching over a series of natural coves, the village is cradled by rocky formations and the lush verdure of the hills of Mount Pantokrator. The idyllic scenery and traditional charm, far from being over-commercialized and touristy, make for a tranquil atmosphere, ideal for those seeking to embark on a relaxing getaway. The beach of Nisaki is covered in pebbles and gradually shelves into pure waters. Even if the serene atmosphere is not tempting enough for you to stay at the beach and soak up the sun, the coves surrounding the beach offer the perfect opportunity to go snorkeling and explore them. You can even rent a boat and cruise along the east coast of Corfu to discover all the natural beauties it has to offer.
