The Beach House

The Beach House, is a stunning estate, located in the northeast part of Corfu. The property, is overlooking the picturesque bay of Avlaki, while it is only a few minutes’ drive from Kassiopi village. It is built right on a small pebbly beach, reaching all the way to the seafront, with the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea just a few steps away from your doorstep.

As far as proximity to the sea is concerned, it really doesn’t get closer than that! The Beach House features three separate holiday homes surrounded by lush gardens, with direct access to the beach. The main villa consists of two double bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area and a cozy living room. The modern furnishings and appliances as well as the elegant design of this holiday home ensures a comfortable and most pleasant stay, in a stylish yet functional environment.

The open plan kitchen and dining room flow out to a covered terrace with plenty of sitting space and natural shade provided by the plants and trees that thrive in the garden. The second house in the estate comprises one double bedroom as well as a kitchen and a living room. This space, opens out to a small terrace with garden view and furnished with sun loungers and a hammock. The guest house includes one double bedroom. There is more sitting space at the entrance of the estate, right next to the beach where you will also find a small jetty.

Surrounded by trees, The Beach House immediately gives the visitor a sense of privacy, while the premium location, right at the seafront, makes it the ideal summer retreat.
