The large infinity swimming pool, of 114 cubic m. can offer moments of fun but also tranquility.

The villa has been designed as a passive house. It is using un precedented technology with advanced floor and wall insulation, including triple glazing on all doors and windows. The building is air tight, making it more comfortable with controlled air flow and humidity.
