Villa Klymene is a truly unique place, in such a beautiful azure and green location, for a guest to experience all year round. The location of the property is near Kerasia beach. On the North-East Coast of Corfu Island. It boasts 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. There is also a 5th optional bedroom that guests can use as a small children’s bunk bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, with an interior dining overlooking the pool and the sea is also provided. The villa offers a theatre room with a laser projector and an 150inch screen, for movies and gaming, to make all guests feel like home. This amazing house, offers a covered outdoor living and dining room with the view extending over the Ionian sea to the Albanian mountains beyond. The large infinity swimming pool, of 114 cubic m. can offer moments of fun but also tranquility. The villa has been designed as a passive house. It is using un precedented technology with advanced floor and wall insulation, including triple glazing on all doors and windows. The building is air tight, making it more comfortable with controlled air flow and humidity.
