The magnificent sea-front Villa-Resort “NOELA” offers breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and it stands in its own grove of 2.500 m2, planted with cypress, oaks and olive trees, ensuring total peace, privacy and relaxation.
The plot is a part of the historical park area of Achilleon Palace – the Residence of the Austrian Empress Elisabeth, and comes down directly to the beach.
The property has a unique architectural decision of 3 levels main building with the total inside area of 750 m2, where each level is  connected to each other by marble steps, stone roads and pergolas.
