Beautiful villa Giovannina, sets on the gently sloping south-east coast of the island, amongst ancient olive and cypress trees, that give shade and texture to the horizon. The wonderful sunrise should be seen at least once during your stay and the swallows diving out of the brilliant blue sky into the turquoise blue of the pool is a joy to behold!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms and the 4th a shared large family bathroom. All with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to enjoy preparing a simple breakfast or a more elaborate lunch or supper.

A large built-in BBQ with seating for 8-10 lends itself to al fresco evenings with views of the bay. In addition, the house provides two levels in total. Easy access to the lower floor, where the pool apartment, gym and swimming pool are to be found. The infinity pool area can offer great moments of relaxation.
All in all, the style throughout is one of understated luxury, with all modern conveniences.

Moreover, central air conditioning in all rooms, swimming pool with hydro-massage and a small gym with a massage table are provided. Finally, an eco-friendly philosophy has been adopted, which includes all beds and bedding being provided by Coco Mat. An internationally known company that uses only natural materials in its products.

The location offers a short drive to the nearest beach or a pleasant walk up the hill so as to reach Achillion Palace.
